Week 7: Final Character Outline and Storyboard
First Lesson: 6/03/17
This lesson was the due date of the trailer task. We had to hand in the final edit, character outline and storyboard.

Character Outline:
Claire Brousseau
Claire Brousseau is 11 years old and was born in Dunkirk, France. At the age of 9, she moved to Chicago due to her parents getting a job transfer. She’s the daughter of the famous pair detectives, the Brousseau’s. Her parents were very popular by the media due to their success in solving unsolvable crime with their teamwork. Claire has hazelnut eyes and brown hair with fair skin. Her hobbies are reading mystery, crime fiction and playing chess with her father. Although she is a child, she is well educated and more matured than the children in her age. Before the death of her parents, she was more a happy and extroverted child living her childhood like a normal child. This reflects on her personality through her choice of clothing style in which consist of bright colours. However, after the death of her parents, she became more distant and introverted. She also matured a bit when she decide to solve the murder of her parents. She conclude that she cannot act like a child even though at times she does. Therefore, her choice of her clothing changes and it became darker. Claire has retain the observation skills from her parents due to their detective work. Therefore, it allows her to perceive things differently from other people. This is shown through her conclusion of finding the true cause of the fire. Her greater strengths is her analytical skills she inherited from her parents. Claire’s ambition after the death of her parents is to find the criminal who did this. However, her weakness is her stubbornness. This weakness can risk her life especially in dangerous situation. Claire’s motivation and goal is to find the murder of her parents as soon as she can, so she can bring him to justice so her parents can rest in peace. Claire’s fear is not able to catch the killer as she thinks it doesn’t give justice for her parents. Claire sees herself as the only one who can find the culprit without the help of the authority and that she trusts only herself. Her reasons of trusting only herself is because she feels that the people around her hides something from her. Especially when it comes to the infamous case M.A.22. What Claire believes what other perceive her is that they always think that she is a child.
